Abstract

My change leadership plan proposed to affect an increase in teacher morale at A-One Elementary School by implementing promising morale boosting protocols. To measure levels of teacher morale and morale level change, I administered The Purdue Teacher Opinionaire (1980) to participants at the onset of my change plan and at the conclusion of the implementation four months later. The results indicated that a slight Boost in morale might be identified as occurring during the implementation of the change leadership plan; however, I was unable to justify with conclusive evidence that there is a direct correlation between the treatment and the slight increase in morale identified.
